Physician´s Due Care During Analgesia

Abstract
|
|
|
A variety of disorders producing pain and the management of pain have been known. In the evaluation and treatment of patients with chronic intractable pain, the anesthesiologists provide diagnostic and therapeutic regional anesthesia, including nerve blocks for both pain relief and therapy.
To suggest physician´s due care duty for analgesic medical care, legal background of due care in medical practice is reviewed and some previously suggested principles related to analgesic medical care are provided.
